Moderation knows how important fast shipping is to our customers. Your orders will be shipped out as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which guarantees packages to arrive within 2-3 business days once they are shipped.
  • Tracking will be provided via email after your package has shipped. We highly recommend keeping your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.
  • FREE regular shipping on all orders over $150.
  • We do not ship outside the US at this time.
  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Moderation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend making sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
Not satisfied with your order? Please return within 14 days of delivery date (according to tracking) for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We are a small business, and at this time, cannot offer refunds to your initial form of payment. When making a return for store credit, please include original packing slip.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items returned past the return deadline will be refused.
  • Items worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for damages due to wash/wear. 
  • Sale items, jewelry, slippers, and accessories cannot be returned.

Once we receive your return, item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear & use. If item is in returnable condition, we will issue store credit via email.  
  • An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and store credit has been issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. 
  • Store credit does not expire.
Please place a new order for the new size & return your initial order for store credit. 
If you receive a defective item, it must be reported within 3 DAYS of the delivery date. We will not process damage claims reported after 3 days. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. It must be unwashed and unworn with the tags attached in order to be exchanged for the same item if still available. If unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the item.
